1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 1/2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Vanilla Bean or 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
In a mixing bowl mix dry ingredients.
Split vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Mix into the dry ingredients.
Add in the maple syrup & almond milk, whisk mixture until fully incorporated.
Pour into a mason jar with lid and store in the refrigerator overnight.
Enjoy for breakfast or a snack!
